The FOA is an association of individuals working towards the well-being of individuals with autism in Singapore.

Our vision is that individuals with autism are recognized as an integral part of the community with the right to belong & contribute.

MISSION STATEMENT

We aim to provide seamless continuity of services for individuals with autism & their families.

OBJECTIVES

Our objective is to serve the needs of the different clusters of individuals on the autism spectrum, with a focus on the youth. We do this by:

- conducting public awareness drives to promote understanding & acceptance

- building and supporting a pool of trained volunteers

- liaising with government authorities & networking with other welfare services

- providing counseling services for individuals & their families

- providing professional support & training to families & caregivers

- establishing a range of enrichment & social programs

- establishing & facilitating sheltered workshops

- facilitating employment training & placement with the support of trained job coaches

- establishing Respite Care Centers

- creating a network of professional consultants whose services can be shared

- providing professional support & training to organizations with existing & new programs
